At Red Ruby Hotel, we are committed to offering our guests a warm, welcoming, and peaceful stay. This Guest Behavior Policy (also known as the Code of Conduct) sets forth the expectations and standards of conduct for all guests staying at or visiting our property. By checking in or accessing our facilities, guests agree to adhere to this policy in full.


1. General Conduct

  • Guests are expected to treat other guests, hotel staff, and property with courtesy, dignity, and respect at all times.

  • Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the premises without refund.

  • Guests are expected to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful experience for all.


2. Respect for Property

  • Guests must maintain their rooms and all common areas in good condition.

  • Any intentional or negligent damage to Red Ruby Hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.

  • Removal of hotel property (e.g., towels, robes, electronics, décor items) will be considered theft and reported to authorities if not returned.


3. Noise and Disturbance

  • Excessive noise (e.g., loud music, shouting, or disruptive activities) is strictly prohibited, especially during quiet hours.

  • Red Ruby Hotel reserves the right to ask guests to lower volume levels or vacate the premises if disturbances continue.


4. Illegal Activity

  • Illegal behavior, including drug use, solicitation, human trafficking, and possession of illegal substances, is strictly forbidden.

  • Any guest engaged in illegal activity will be immediately reported to law enforcement and evicted without refund.


5. Smoking and Vaping

  • Red Ruby Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.

  • A deep-cleaning fee will be charged to any guest found smoking inside rooms or indoor public areas.


6. Alcohol and Substance Use

  • Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed in guest rooms and designated areas.

  • Public intoxication, disorderly behavior, or creating an unsafe environment will result in intervention by hotel staff or security.


7. Visitors and Non-Registered Guests

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in guest rooms.

  • Visitors are welcome in common areas, but overnight stays require registration at the front desk and may incur additional charges.

  • For security reasons, guests must notify the front desk of all visitors.


8. Children and Families

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, especially in public areas and near pools or balconies.

  • Guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of any minors under their care.


9. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted unless otherwise stated in your booking terms or unless the pet is a certified service animal.

  • Service animals must be declared in advance and must remain under control at all times.


10. Use of Hotel Facilities

  • Facilities such as the restaurant, lounge, gym, and pool are to be used responsibly and during posted operating hours.

  • Guests must follow any posted rules and instructions from staff while using hotel amenities.


11. Security and Surveillance

  • For the safety of all, CCTV surveillance is in operation in public areas.

  • Tampering with security systems or fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution.


12. Emergency Situations

  • In case of fire, medical emergency, or evacuation, guests must follow staff instructions promptly.

  • Emergency exits and contact numbers are clearly marked and available in each guest room.


13. Consequences of Misconduct

  • Breaches of this policy may result in:

    • Verbal or written warnings

    • Immediate eviction without refund

    • Liability for damages

    • Involvement of law enforcement

  • Red Ruby Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or future bookings to guests who violate this policy.
